Dynamatic Technologies Limited and Hutchinson SA have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to capitalize on the rapidly expanding aerospace market in India. This strategic collaboration merges Hutchinson's expertise in advanced composite and multi-material systems with Dynamatic's strong capabilities in metallic aero-structures and assemblies. The partnership aims to position both companies as key partners for global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) operating in India. Hutchinson specializes in developing and manufacturing advanced composite solutions and integrated systems, focusing on performance, weight reduction, sustainability, and competitiveness. Dynamatic Technologies contributes proven expertise in metallic aerostructures and class 1 assemblies, showcasing India's aerospace manufacturing prowess. The collaboration intends to support the ramp-up of aircraft programs, meet the demands of India's growing aerospace sector, and prepare for future aircraft generations. As an initial step, Dynamatic will award Hutchinson its first composite parts work package, and Hutchinson will award Dynamatic a multi-year metallic parts contract. Hélène Moreau-Leroy, Chairman and CEO of Hutchinson, stated that the collaboration supports the long-term development of India's aerospace ecosystem, particularly for complex work packages and high-rate programs. Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, highlighted that the partnership represents a transformative shift for the global aerospace supply chain by combining metallics and composites, enabling OEMs to leverage value engineering, accelerated product development, and scalable manufacturing from India. Hutchinson, which generated revenues of €5.0 billion in 2025 and employs 40,000 people, operates 38 production sites worldwide. Dynamatic Technologies Limited designs and builds engineered products for Hydraulic, Aeronautic, Metallurgy, and Security applications, employing over 2,000 personnel across India and Europe.
