EFC (I) Limited has announced the incorporation of two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, "EFC Estate Marisoft 3 Private Limited" and "EFC Estate Marisoft 4 Private Limited". The certificates of incorporation were received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on May 7, 2026. Both subsidiaries will operate in the Real Estate as a service sector. EFC Estate Marisoft 3 Private Limited will acquire property located on the 3rd Floor of West Tower, Marisoft-3, Marie Gold, within Pune Municipal Corporation limits. EFC Estate Marisoft 4 Private Limited will acquire property on the 4th Floor of West Tower, Marisoft-3, Marie Gold, also within Pune Municipal Corporation limits. These properties are to be acquired through a demerger from EFC Limited. The incorporation of each subsidiary involved a cash consideration of ₹1,000, divided into 100 equity shares of ₹10 each, resulting in EFC (I) Limited holding 100% of the shareholding in both entities.
