Elecon Engineering Company Limited has announced that its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM), in compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. In conjunction with the AGM, the company has released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. Electronic copies of the Annual Report and the AGM Notice are being sent to members via email. For FY 2025-26, consolidated revenue grew by 6.20% to ₹ 2,366 Crore, with EBITDA at ₹ 523 Crore and PAT at ₹ 341 Crore. The Gear Division reported revenue of ₹ 1,699 Crore, while the MHE Division saw revenue growth of 43.60% to ₹ 667 Crore. The company also noted its expansion into Mexico and a strong order book.
