Endurance Technologies Limited has announced the proceedings of its Postal Ballot conducted through a remote e-voting process. The members' approval was sought for the re-appointment of Mr. Anant Talaulicar (DIN: 00031051) as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective July 12, 2026. The Notice of Postal Ballot, along with the statement of material facts, was dispatched on April 29, 2026. The cut-off date for determining eligible members was April 24, 2026. The remote e-voting period commenced on May 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and concluded on June 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). A public notice regarding the dispatch of the Notice and the e-voting process was published on April 30, 2026, in the Financial Express (all editions) and Loksatta (Chh. Sambhajinagar edition). Mrs. Sarika Kulkarni and Mr. Jayavant Bhave were appointed as Scrutinisers for the postal ballot. The Scrutiniser's report will be submitted to the Chairman, and the results of the Postal Ballot are scheduled to be declared by the Chairman, or an authorized official, no later than June 4, 2026. These results, along with the Scrutiniser's report, will be communicated to the stock exchanges, uploaded on the company's website (www.endurancegroup.com) and NSDL's website (www.evoting.nsdl.com), and displayed at the company's registered office.
