Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the allotment of 54,997 equity shares on March 04, 2026. These shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019. Following this allotment, the bank's paid-up share capital has increased from ₹11,40,98,80,630 to ₹11,41,04,30,600. Each new equity share has a face value of ₹10. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects.
