In response to a query from NSE, dated January 9, 2026, concerning the financial results not being signed by an authorized signatory and the director's name not being mentioned, the company clarified that the results were duly signed by Mr. Ravinder Sachdeva, the Whole-Time Director of FCS Software Solutions Limited. The company further stated that Mr. Ravinder Sachdeva was authorized by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 12, 2025, to sign the financial results on behalf of the company.
