The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has also enclosed the Notice convening the Fifteenth AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
