The proposed premium residential development on this land is estimated to have a revenue potential of approximately ₹1,650 crore. The EM Bypass corridor is a rapidly developing and well-connected area in Kolkata, offering robust physical and social infrastructure. Its strategic location provides seamless access to key commercial hubs, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, further enhanced by ongoing metro line developments and proximity to the international airport.
