Additionally, Mr. Bhavik Shah will transition from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective April 1, 2026, to focus on plant-related accounting activities. Mr. Krupesh Patel has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective April 1, 2026.
