HBL Engineering Limited (formerly HBL Power Systems Limited) has announced that it has accepted an order worth ₹83.81 Crores (inclusive of 18% GST) from Patiala Loco Works (PLW), Punjab. The order is for the supply, testing, and commissioning of On-board KAVACH equipment (Ver.4.0). This contract is to be completed on or before April 15, 2027. The company confirmed that the order was awarded to a domestic entity and that none of its promoters have any interest in Patiala Loco Works. The transaction does not fall under Related Party Transactions and is considered an arm's length transaction.
