Additionally, there was a re-issuance of 20,000 NCDs aggregating to ₹200 crore with a tenure of 757 days and an interest rate of 7.3274%. The maturity date for this part is August 04, 2028, with payments scheduled on August 04, 2026, August 04, 2027, and on maturity. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. The company has created a first and exclusive charge by way of hypothecation over present and future receivables, maintaining a minimum asset cover of one time the principal outstanding and interest accrued.
