Heritage Foods Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of a 51% equity share capital in M/s. Peanutbutter and Jelly Private Limited. The company discharged the entire purchase consideration of ₹9 Crores to Sky Gate Hospitality Private Limited on January 05, 2026, as per the Share Purchase Agreement. Following this acquisition, Peanutbutter and Jelly Private Limited is now a subsidiary of Heritage Foods Limited. This development is further to previous communications regarding the acquisition dated October 27, 2025, December 10, 2025, and December 30, 2025.
