Hi-Tech Pipes Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and shared the transcript of its earnings conference call held on May 28, 2026. The company reported a significant 102% year-on-year increase in revenue for Q4 FY26, reaching ₹1,480 crores, compared to ₹734 crores in Q4 FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue grew by 37% to ₹4,200 crores from ₹3,067 crores in FY25. Sales volume in Q4 FY26 saw a robust growth of 27%, reaching 1.47 lakh tons from 1.16 lakh tons in the prior year period. Annually, sales volume increased to 5.32 lakh tons in FY26 from 4.85 lakh tons in FY25. EBITDA for Q4 FY26 rose by 33% to ₹46 crores from ₹35 crores in Q4 FY25. For the full year FY26, EBITDA grew by 8% to ₹174 crores compared to ₹160 crores in FY25. EBITDA per ton in Q4 FY26 improved by 5% to ₹3,150 per ton from ₹3,000 per ton in Q4 FY25. The company is progressing with its expansion plans to achieve a 2 million tons capacity by FY29, with an additional 1 million tons planned by FY29. The DFT facility at Sanand Unit 2 Phase 3 is expected to be operational by Q3 FY27, and the APA pipes facility by Q4 FY27. The greenfield facility in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, is slated for operationalization by Q4 FY27. Hi-Tech Pipes plans a preferential issue of ₹90 crores to strengthen its financial position and support working capital requirements for its expansion projects. The company is targeting a volume of 6.5 lakh to 7 lakh tons for FY27 and anticipates an EBITDA per ton range of ₹3,500 to ₹4,000 for FY27 and FY28, assuming stable market conditions. In terms of sustainability, the company has increased its solar power capacity to 16.5 megawatts, meeting approximately 35% of its power requirements, and has initiated the use of green hydrogen at its Secunderabad Unit 1 facility. The contribution of value-added products has reached 39% of the overall business mix.
