* Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) and NTPC Mining Ltd (NML) executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 02.12.2025. * The MoU aims to jointly participate in copper and critical minerals block auctions. * Both entities will collaborate to develop and operationalize blocks for exploration, mining, and processing of minerals. * The objective includes exploring joint investments for development, mining, and processing from existing HCL assets. * HCL and NML will also collaborate on existing and future domestic/overseas copper and critical minerals projects.
