* Hind Rectifiers Limited has approved the sale of its manufacturing facility in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. * The unit was established in 2008 but has been non-operational since July 2023 due to product obsolescence. * The sale agreement was executed on 04 December 2025 for ₹9.50 crore. * The indicative sale value of the property was estimated to be in the range of ₹8.50 crore to ₹9.50 crore. * The sale will not adversely impact ongoing operations or product supply commitments. * Expected date of completion of sale/disposal is 30 April 2026. * Buyers are Shri Hukum Singh Chauhan, Smt Pratima Saklani and Shri Istkar Ali, who do not belong to the promoter/Promoter group/ Group companies.
