The company had previously intimated about the proposed incorporation on February 10th, 2026. On February 27th, 2026, HLE Glascoat remitted EUR 12,000 (Euro Twelve Thousand Only) towards the share capital of the subsidiary. The subsidiary, HLE International S.à.r.l., was officially incorporated on March 3rd, 2026, in Luxembourg. All requisite details as per SEBI LODR Regulations were provided in the earlier intimation dated February 10th, 2026, and remain unchanged except for this update.
