Total income from operations for the quarter stood at ₹46,126.26 lakh (₹461.26 crore), an increase from ₹38,471.80 lakh (₹384.72 crore) in the prior year's corresponding quarter.

On a consolidated basis, the net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was ₹1,951.38 lakh (₹19.51 crore), a rise from ₹1,801.97 lakh (₹18.02 crore) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Consolidated total income from operations was ₹47,391.66 lakh (₹473.92 crore), up from ₹39,247.63 lakh (₹392.48 crore) year-on-year.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, standalone net profit was ₹5,437.45 lakh (₹54.37 crore), marginally up from ₹5,411.06 lakh (₹54.11 crore) in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit for the nine months stood at ₹6,035.13 lakh (₹60.35 crore), an increase from ₹5,670.39 lakh (₹56.70 crore) in the prior year.

The company also reported exceptional items amounting to ₹535.50 lakh (₹5.36 crore) on a standalone basis and ₹544.68 lakh (₹5.45 crore) on a consolidated basis. These exceptional items include an incremental liability of ₹715.50 lakh (₹7.16 crore) for employee benefit obligations due to new labor codes and ₹180.00 lakh (₹1.80 crore) received from the settlement of old litigation.
