* ICICI Bank has completed the acquisition of up to 2% of the fully diluted pre-IPO share capital of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI AMC) from Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (PCHL). * All closing conditions of the share purchase agreement (SPA) were completed on December 9, 2025, at 8:42 p.m. * Following the acquisition, ICICI Bank now holds 53.0% of ICICI AMC’s paid-up equity share capital.
