ICRA Limited has disclosed that Nippon India Mutual Fund, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), has acquired an additional 1.5020% stake in the company via the open market. This acquisition brings the total holding of Nippon India Mutual Fund and its PACs to 8.3853% of ICRA Limited's total share capital. Prior to this acquisition, their holding stood at 6.8833% (6,64,324 shares). The recent purchase involved 1,44,959 shares. The disclosures were made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The period during which these purchase transactions were entered into spans from July 08, 2025, to April 07, 2026. The equity share capital of ICRA Limited remains Rs. 9,65,12,310/-, comprising 96,51,231 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share.
