IFCI Limited has announced the renewal of its Annual Maintenance Contract with MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd., the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (R&STA). The renewal is for a period of one year, effective from March 01, 2026, to February 28, 2027. This renewal is in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
