IIFL Finance Limited has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Pranav Dholakia, who served as the Head of Construction and Real Estate and was designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has resigned from his position, effective January 31, 2026. Mr. Dholakia's resignation is to explore new opportunities. In his place, the company has appointed Mr. Sudhanshu Pareek as the new Head of Construction and Real Estate, also designated as SMP. This appointment is effective February 01, 2026. Mr. Pareek brings over 18 years of diversified experience across Real Estate, Project Management, Business Development, and Product Management. He holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from SCMHRD, Pune, and is recognized for his ability to drive profitability, execute large-scale projects, and lead cross-functional teams. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Pareek was serving as Executive Vice President – Real Estate at IIFL Finance Limited. His previous roles include a decade-long tenure at Kalpataru Limited as Vice President – Strategic Initiatives, where he managed P&L for significant residential and redevelopment projects, drove new project acquisitions, and enhanced sales performance. He also held leadership positions at Peninsula Land, Omkar Realtors & Developers, and strategic roles at ICICI Bank and Nicholas Piramal, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate, sales, finance, and product strategy.
