The notice, issued under section 73 (9) of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, pertains to an outstanding interest and penalty aggregating to ₹27,17,357/- for the Financial Year 2021-22. The alleged contravention is the non-payment of Interest & penalty liability for FY 2021-22. The company is currently reviewing the Demand Notice and is assessing the necessary steps to be taken.
