Mr. Kandarp Trivedi, an Independent Director of Varvee Global Limited (VGL), has tendered his resignation from the board of directors. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on March 02, 2026, due to other professional commitments and personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Trivedi will also cease to be the Chairman and a member of the Stakeholder Grievance & Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Audit Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors has expressed appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure. Mr. Trivedi currently holds directorships in other listed entities, including Asian Granito India Limited, where he serves on various committees such as the Audit Committee (Chairman), Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee (Chairman), and Risk Management Committee. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated.
