India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has announced that CARE Ratings has reaffirmed and assigned a rating of CARE AA- with a Stable outlook for its long-term bank facilities. The total amount for these facilities has been enhanced from ₹2,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
