As per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, two Executive Directors have superannuated from the company's services effective February 28, 2026. Mr. Pitamber Tripathy, who held the position of Executive Director I/c, Western Region Office, and Mr. Saurabh Dutt, Executive Director I/c (CC & Branding), Corporate Office, are the senior management personnel who have retired. The company has informed the stock exchanges about these changes for their information and record.
