Infosys Limited, in collaboration with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), has launched a new suite of AI-powered fan experiences for the LTA grass court season, which began on June 3, 2026. These innovations aim to enhance fan engagement through AI-first offerings, leveraging Infosys Topaz, which includes generative and agentic AI. The new features include an AI-Powered Match Center with live scores, draws, schedules, and AI commentary. Fans will also benefit from personalized experiences based on their preferences, interactive fan polls, and detailed match statistics with head-to-head insights. These enhancements are designed to provide deeper match understanding and more meaningful fan interactions throughout the season. At the HSBC Championships at The Queen’s Club, scheduled from June 6 to June 21, 2026, Infosys will feature an on-site Fan Zone. This zone will include 'Rally,' an AI-powered humanoid robot offering personalized interactions and selfie modes, and 'VR Tennis,' where fans can create virtual tennis arenas using voice prompts. These on-site experiences will operate under strict responsible AI principles. Chris Pollard, Managing Director, Commercial & Operations at LTA, highlighted the partnership's focus on elevating fan engagement in a digital-first world. Sumit Virmani, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Infosys, emphasized the opportunity to reimagine fan engagement in tennis, making data intuitive, engagement personal, and fandom inclusive through AI-led digital experiences.
