Infosys Limited has announced the final approval of a settlement for class action lawsuits filed in the United States against Infosys McCamish Systems LLC (“McCamish”) and some of its customers. The settlement, which resolves all allegations without admission of liability, was granted final approval by the court on December 18, 2025. An agreement in principle was reached on March 13, 2025, following mediation between McCamish and the plaintiffs. Under the proposed settlement terms, McCamish has agreed to pay $17.5 million (approximately ₹145.9 crore) into a settlement fund. The settlement will become effective if it is not appealed within 30 days of the court's approval. This announcement follows previous updates provided in financial statements regarding these lawsuits.
