Interarch Building Solutions Limited has announced the commencement of commercial production for Phase-1 at its newly established manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat. This significant milestone, effective from 9th July 2026, marks a key step in the company's expansion plans and results in an enhancement of its overall manufacturing capacity. Consequent to this capacity addition, the company's total installed manufacturing capacity has increased from 201,000 MT to 221,000 MT, effective from the same date. The new facility at Gujarat, Phase-1, adds 20,000 MT to the existing capacity, which was completed within Q2 FY 26-27 with an investment of ₹60 crore, financed through internal accruals. This expansion is strategically aimed at strengthening the company's manufacturing capabilities, improving operational efficiencies, and better meeting the growing customer demand, thereby supporting long-term business growth. The company has also disclosed that its existing capacity utilization stood at 80% prior to this expansion.
