Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOC) has announced a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This initiative is in accordance with SEBI Circular no HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026. The special window allows eligible physical shareholders to submit their transfer requests along with physical share certificates to IOC's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Ltd. This facility will be available until 4th February 2027. The advertisement regarding this special window was published in Times of India, Economic Times, Navbharat Times, and Maharashtra Times on 8th July 2026.
