Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) structure. Effective March 02, 2026, Shri Tusar Kant Parida, Executive Director (F&A) and Head of Resource Group, has been designated as a KMP in place of Shri Amit Goel, General Manager (F&A). Shri Amit Goel will now head the Business Development & Corporate Strategy Group and will continue to be a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company. Additionally, pursuant to the company's policy on Diversity of the Board and Senior Management Personnel, Smt Mala Ghosh Choudhury, Ms Durre Shahwar, Shri Shailendra Kumar Malviya, Shri Rahul Kamal, Shri Rajeev Kumar, and Shri K.P. Philip have ceased to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company, also effective March 02, 2026. Shri Tusar Kant Parida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Utkal University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 24 years of professional experience.
