This withdrawal pertains to credit facilities aggregating to ₹170 million (₹17 crore) previously availed from Federal Bank Limited. The company stated that these facilities were fully repaid and closed, with Federal Bank issuing a No Due Certificate on January 12, 2022, confirming the absence of outstanding dues and the release of mortgage charges. IRIS RegTech had requested the rating withdrawal following the closure of the facility and provided necessary documentation. The company emphasized that the withdrawal is solely a consequence of the repayment and closure and should not be interpreted as stemming from any default, financial stress, or adverse development. The company's current credit ratings are assigned by ICRA Limited, with the latest rating disclosed on July 2, 2025.
