ITC Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026. The trading window is being closed in accordance with ITC's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. It will remain closed until the company announces its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the stock exchanges.
