Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the allotment of 1,76,900 equity shares of ₹2 each under the Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2022 (JPL ESOP 2022). This allotment follows the exercise of vested options by eligible employees of the company. The newly issued shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has increased from ₹13,39,24,500, comprising 6,69,62,250 equity shares of ₹2 each, to ₹13,42,78,300, comprising 6,71,39,150 equity shares of ₹2 each. The details of this issuance are in compliance with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
