Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPVL) has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26. This follows a previous communication on 7th July 2026, where a revised AGM Notice and Annual Report were submitted due to inadvertent typo errors. The errors were identified on page 16 of the Annual Report, specifically in the heading of the first table's last column (“proposed commission”) and in the second table's headings (“Salaries and Perquisites, Proposed Commission upto and Total”). Additionally, on page 17, the measurement unit in the last column (“Proposed Commission upto”) was incorrectly stated as “Rs. in Lakhs” instead of the correct “Rs. in Crores”. The company has published a "Corrigendum" in leading newspapers to rectify these errors. The newspapers where the corrigendum was published are: Times of India (English) - Bhopal Edition, Business Standard (English) - Delhi Edition, and Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) - Singrauli Edition, all dated 8th July 2026. The company has stated that there are no other changes to the Annual Report.
