JSW Infrastructure Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JSW Jatadhar Marine Services Private Limited, will develop a captive jetty at Jatadhar Muhan in Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha. This follows the Government of Odisha's approval, accorded on June 18, 2026, to novate the concession agreement in favor of JSW Jatadhar. Initially, JSW Utkal Steel Limited had applied to the Government of Odisha on June 26, 2025, for this novation. A novation agreement has now been executed between JSW Utkal Steel Limited and JSW Jatadhar Marine Services Private Limited for the development of the captive jetty. The company was informed of this execution via email on July 7, 2026.
