This venture pertains to the steel business undertaking of Bhushan Power and Steel Limited (BPSL). The transaction involves the transfer of the BPSL Business Undertaking via a slump sale to JSW Sambalpur Steel Limited. The CCI conveyed its approval via a letter dated January 20, 2026.
