She holds an M.Sc. and MBA and has a strong background in strategy, growth, and organizational capability building. Ms. Singhania is a Practising Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience. She is an Associate Member of ICSI and specializes in corporate laws, governance, regulatory matters, and board advisory, with significant experience in business process reviews, secretarial audits, and NCLT matters. Both appointees are not related to any existing Director on the Board and are not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
