The resignation is effective from the close of working hours on December 19, 2025, as Mr. Vyas has opted for retirement. Mr. Vyas has been a part of the senior management team, and his departure marks the end of his tenure with the company. The company has submitted the necessary disclosures as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of his resignation letter, dated December 18, 2025, has been attached as an annexure to the disclosure, where he expressed his gratitude to the management and colleagues for their support during his association with Kajaria Ceramics Limited.
