The Karnataka Bank Limited has declared its exemption from the reporting requirements for 'Large Corporate' entities as per SEBI Circular No.: SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated April 13, 2022. As a Scheduled Commercial Bank, the bank is not subject to these filings. Consequently, the requirement to submit the initial disclosure and annual disclosure for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, is not applicable to Karnataka Bank.
