Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Kashish Mittal from his position as an Independent Director. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on June 02, 2026. Mr. Mittal cited preoccupation with work and other personal commitments as the reasons for his decision. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. As a consequence of his resignation, Mr. Mittal will also be stepping down as the Chairman/Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. His resignation has been submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
