For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue was ₹50,237 lakhs (₹502.37 crore) and a net loss of ₹107 lakhs (₹1.07 crore). The company also provided details on its debt and equity, including various Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and their redemption status. The merger of Kolte-Patil Integrated Townships Limited (KPIT) with Kolte-Patil Developers Limited was completed and effective from October 31, 2025, with comparative periods restated. The company noted that the new labor codes are not expected to have a material impact on its financial results.
