Krystal Integrated Services Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Krystal Waste Work Prabhag G Private Limited, on January 20, 2026. This new entity, with an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, has been established in Maharashtra. The incorporation is in direct response to a Letter of Acceptance received from Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation for providing door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste for Prabhag G, a contract spanning five years. A key condition of this acceptance was the incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to execute the contract. The primary objective of Krystal Waste Work Prabhag G Private Limited is to engage in the comprehensive management of various types of waste, including solid, liquid, hazardous, biomedical, and e-waste. This includes collection, segregation, transportation, processing, treatment, recycling, reuse, and disposal. The subsidiary will also focus on cleaning and maintaining cities, streets, and industrial areas, along with operating mechanical sweeping services and setting up waste processing facilities. The company is yet to commence its business operations.
