Mr. Saradindu Dutta has been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Dutta brings extensive experience, holding a Master of Commerce from Calcutta University and being a qualified Chartered Accountant. He had a distinguished four-decade career with ITC Limited, where he held key positions including Executive Vice President & Head – Corporate Accounts. He has also been involved in various accounting and sustainability committees and served on the boards of ITC's investment subsidiaries. Furthermore, Mr. Abhyuday Jhunjhunwala's designation has been changed from General Manager – Business Development to Vice President – Business Development. He is now designated as Senior Management Personnel. This change is also subject to shareholder approval at the 39th AGM. Mr. Jhunjhunwala holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and has been with the company since June 2021, contributing significantly to marketing, digital initiatives, and business development efforts.
