Lancor Holdings Limited has announced the acquisition of possession of four and a half floors in the Menon Eternity commercial building, located on St. Mary's Road, Alwarpet, Chennai. The acquired area spans the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 10th floors (Northern wing), covering a total of 93,051 square feet. This development follows a payment of ₹10 Crores made yesterday, as per the judgment dated October 31, 2025, by the Honorable Supreme Court of India. The company plans to refurbish these floors and subsequently lease them out to prospective tenants.
