Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced the mutual termination of the Hotel Operating Agreement and License Agreement for a proposed "Lemon Tree Hotel" in Agartala, Tripura. The agreements were executed between M/s. PRM Tirupati Pvt. Ltd. (Owner) and M/s. Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (Operator) on March 18, 2024, with the termination effective April 8, 2026. The company clarified that the hotel was not yet operational, and therefore, the termination of these agreements will have no financial impact on Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
