Maharashtra Seamless Limited (MSL) has announced that ICRA Ltd. has reaffirmed its long-term credit rating at [ICRA]AA+ with a stable outlook and its short-term credit rating at [ICRA]A1+. The reaffirmed ratings indicate a high degree of safety regarding the timely servicing of financial obligations and present a very low credit risk for the company. The long-term credit rating of [ICRA]AA+ is the second-highest rating, while the short-term credit rating of [ICRA]A1+ is the highest rating awarded by ICRA. This disclosure was made by MSL on 02 March 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
