Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has signed a new resort in Dapoli, near Murud Beach, Maharashtra. The upcoming Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will span 13 acres and feature 110 keys, to be launched in phases. The first phase, with 52 keys, is scheduled for launch in Q1 FY27, followed by the remaining inventory in Q2 FY27. This expansion aligns with MHRIL's FY26-FY30 roadmap, which aims to add over 10,000 keys under the Club Mahindra brand and achieve a total portfolio of 12,000 keys. The company intends to grow by signing new resorts, developing greenfield projects, and entering management contracts in high-demand tourist areas. The Dapoli resort is the first of several planned developments along India's western coast. Manoj Bhat, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of MHRIL, stated that the Dapoli addition strengthens their western coast circuit and reflects a focus on adding quality inventory in high-demand destinations. The resort will offer amenities such as a sea-facing restaurant, an open-air café, a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and a children's recreation area. It will also include a 500-person indoor banquet hall and an outdoor lawn for 800-1,000 guests, suitable for destination celebrations.
