Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has announced the launch of its new ultra-premium residential development named 'Mahindra BeaconHill' in Mahalaxmi, South Mumbai. This project, registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), is situated on approximately 1.68 acres and features a 58-storey architectural landmark comprising 198 residences offering 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK configurations. The development is designed to offer expansive layouts, decks, and panoramic views of the sea and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for the project is approximately ₹1,650 crore. The RERA approval for the project was received on May 6th, 2026.
