The patent, identified as European Patent No. 4467325 (EP4467325B1), was published on May 13, 2026. This technology is already patented in India, and an application has been filed in the United States. With this European Union patent, Mamata Machinery will be able to offer this sealing solution to customers across the European market, reinforcing its position as a technology-driven player in the global flexible packaging machinery sector.
