Mr. Mendiratta tendered his resignation via email on June 03, 2026, citing personal reasons. He will be relieved from his duties at the closure of business hours on September 03, 2026. The company has formally intimated this change to the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
